He has worked with large Global ICT organizations namely Dataline, Asia 2000, T-Systems, Vesta Technologies. He has extensive knowledge on Integration Software and Development life-cycle including COBOL, C++, JAVA and RDMS products. He is one of the leading consultants on IBM Content Manager, MQ Series and WebSphere family.

Partha holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electronics and telecommunications).

Subhadip Mazumder
CEO

Subhadip has over 12 years of Global experience working in South Africa, USA, Australia and India. He has extensive experience in Package Implementation, Bespoke Development, Product Evaluation, Feasibility Analysis and Technology Consulting. Subhadip has been involved in Feasibility Analysis at WITS, PPS Insurance, Avis. He has also worked in Oracle Implementations at Internet Solutions, Medscheme, Tiger Brands. Subhadip has experience working with leading Indian IT Companies like TATA and Satyam. Subhadip has also worked internationally for Price Waterhouse Coopers.

Subhadip holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical and Electronics) and Post Graduation in Management Sciences from University of Canberra, Australia.

Ardhendu S Patri
COO

Ardhendu has over 12 years of experience in the IT industry out of which he has spent about 5+ years in US. All this while he has played key roles such as solution architect/delivery manager/program manager for the one of India's leading software providers - Cognizant Technology Solutions. Ardhendu was instrumental in implementing complex financial services and banking applications in the Mid Western and Eastern US as delivery lead\manager from Cognizant. He was responsible for improving productivity and client satisfaction for a couple of large financial services and investment banking companies. Ardhendu has worked extensively with JPMorgan Chase, Wachovia Bank, First Data Corporation, PFPC and ING Netherlands. Ardhendu has worked on the following key accounts in South Africa, South African Reserve Bank, Univeristy of Pretoria, National Ports Authority, SAPO and CIPRO.

He has strong domain knowledge in financial services industry (investment banking, investor services and mutual fund back-end data processing, trading platforms and post-trade processing).His expertise in technology includes Service Oriented Architectures, Enterprise Service Bus, Grid Computing and Enterprise Reporting. Ardhendu has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Tobie Winterbach
CFO

Tobie has over 20 years working experience in South Africa. He has 14 years delivery experience in Architectural / building industry including projects like AECI head office, Nelspruit private hospital, office blocks, sports centers and housing complexes. He has 7 years delivery and project management experience in large IT industry which includes VIP payroll, MIS for Wesbank, On-line E-learning for ABSA and Java related IBM projects for SA Eagle Insurance.

Tobie holds diplomas in Architecture (Technician), IT Software (Damelin) and JAVA (Solms).

Rajib Gupta
Reverside Software Solutions Europe - CEO & MD

Rajib is an IT veteran with over 22 years global experience working in UK and rest of Europe, South Africa, India and US.  He has extensive background in Sales Leadership, Business Development, Branding and Marketing, Account and Delivery management. He has worked with some of the large IT service providers like HP Enterprise Services (EDS), Cap Gemini, Perot Systems, TCS, whereby he has successfully started new business in new territories, turned around ailing businesses, salvaged some high impact critical projects and consistently delivered both top and bottom line growth. He has worked with some of the large Financial Institutions, Telecom Operators, National and Local governments helping and advising them with business critical IT enabled change programmes.

Rajib holds a Bachelors’ of Science Degree and Post Graduation in Computer Science from University of Calcutta (India).

Andre van Zyl
Practice Head – IBM

Andre has over 12 year experience in IT Consulting, administration, maintenance and development of PC and Mainframe based applications, complemented with a International Information Technology Diploma. He has extensive experience in Architecture, Integration, Business Process Management and Web Development using a wide variety of products within the IBM, SAP and Open Source products suites. During this time he was involved in project delivery at SITA (State Information Technology Agency), Vodacom, ACSA (Airports Company South Africa), SAPO (South African Post Office), ABSA, Standard Bank, FNB and TNPA (Transnet National Ports Authority).

Jakkie Swart

As head of Reverside Interactive a division of Reverside Softwate Solutions, Jakkie is managing a Website Solutions business. Specialising in content management system Joomla! Jakkie maintains high quality service to a client portfolio of over 50 customers and growing. Jakkie is responsible for sales, delivery and customer relationship. He has build up a knowledge base of content management products over the past 5 years, and is known as the Joomla! Specialist.

Jakkie holds a graduate diploma in Graphic Design, Digital-Media and Art Direction from AAA School of Advertising and VEGA School of Brand Advertising.
